TechArena is the largest technology and business event in the Nordics, held at Strawberry Arena in Stockholm on February 11–12, 2026. It draws a wide audience of startups, investors, and corporate players from Sweden, Europe and rest of the world. This year, Mimer participated for the first time both by hosting its own booth and by organizing a side event. We had a team of 10 people working full-time in the event across both days.
Booth and conversations
Our booth featured a large screen displaying a striking map of all AI Factories across Europe, which consistently drew the attention of passersby and prompted them to stop and learn more. This proved to be an effective conversation starter, giving us the opportunity to connect with over a hundred individuals and organizations and explain what Mimer — and the AI Factory initiative more broadly — offers, and how they can benefit from it at no cost. The booth also attracted visits from funding agency representatives, Swedish government officials, and European Union delegates.

Strong interest in the side event
The side event, “Accelerating AI development from compute to real-world impact — build AI faster with Mimer AI Factory,” generated strong interest at TECHARENA, with more than 160 registrations and featured industry speakers sharing real-world AI use cases and exploring how supercomputing and the AI infrastructure on Mimer can help take them further. Presentations from Twelve Football, AI Sweden, Aloi, and Navigare Ventures were well received, sparking engaged and substantive discussions with the audience.

Looking ahead
Overall, TechArena has been the largest event Mimer has participated in to date, and it was a resounding success. The experience gave us valuable insights, and together with feedback gathered from clients and visitors, we look forward to building on this foundation and delivering an even stronger presence in the future.
